Terms of Service

By using NeuroWave, you agree to these terms. We've kept them as plain as we can.

1. The service

NeuroWave is a neural entrainment audio platform delivered as an iOS app and a website ("the Service"). The Service is operated by Hypebrand Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with its registered office in Bangalore, Karnataka ("we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NeuroWave. If you're under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Free trial

New users get a 14-day free trial with full access to every mode, track, and CortexDrive level. No payment is taken to begin the trial. When the trial ends, continued use of NeuroWave requires an active subscription — there is no permanently free tier.

Subscription plans

We currently offer:

• Monthly: $9.99 / month
• Annual: $39.99 / year (about $3.33 / month, billed yearly)
• Lifetime: $149 one-time — a limited founder offer granting access for the lifetime of the app

Prices may vary by region as set by Apple's App Store. The price shown to you at purchase is the price you pay.

Auto-renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Renewal charges are made within 24 hours before the renewal date. The one-time Lifetime purchase does not auto-renew.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Premium access until then.

Refunds

All subscription payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple per their refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly.

Free trial billing

If you do not cancel before your 14-day free trial ends, your selected subscription begins and your payment method is charged. Cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

5. Acceptable use

Don't:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the audio content.
• Use the Service to harm others, violate laws, or infringe intellectual property.
• Attempt to circumvent subscription requirements, free-trial limits, or any other technical control.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or download our content.

7. Audio content and intellectual property

All audio, artwork, designs, and copy in NeuroWave are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You don't acquire any ownership rights in the content.

8. User content

If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service. You won't get attribution or compensation for feedback.

9. Third-party services

NeuroWave uses Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, Supabase, RevenueCat, and other third-party services. Your use of these is also governed by their terms and privacy policies.

10. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Termination

You can stop using NeuroWave at any time and delete your account in Profile → Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific needs.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the changes.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India, except where local consumer protection law gives you stronger rights.

17. Apple-specific terms

If you accessed NeuroWave through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and us only — not Apple — and that Apple has no obligation to provide support for the Service. To the extent of any conflict, the Apple Media Services Terms apply for billing and refunds.
